Sandeep Shende

Sandeep Shende has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the telecommunications industry. Sandeep started their career as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Motive Power - Wabtec Passenger Transit in 2008. Sandeep then worked as a Research Assistant at Boise State University, where they were involved in projects related to FM demodulation and wireless sensor mesh networks. Sandeep then joined Clearwire as an Associate RF Engineer, specializing in WiMax optimization. Sandeep later became a Lead LTE Test Engineer at MetroPCS, where they implemented the LTE network in the New York market. Sandeep also worked as an RF Engineer at T-Mobile, focusing on expanding and improving the 3G UMTS network. Sandeep then joined AT&T as an LTE Design Engineer, responsible for providing design solutions for New York and New Jersey markets. Sandeep later joined T-Mobile again, this time as a Senior RF Engineer. Sandeep worked on enhancing the performance of the 2G and 3G networks. Sandeep's next role was at Shentel, where they served as a Principal Engineer. Sandeep provided expertise in engineering projects until 2020. Sandeep then joined Verizon as a Project Manager, overseeing projects from September 2020 to May 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Director of Operations at Further Enterprise Solutions (FES) since June 2023.

Sandeep Shende pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Sandeep attended this university from 2002 until 2006. Following this, they went on to Boise State University, where they completed their Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering between 2007 and 2010.
