Andrew McLean is currently the Director of Site Reliability Engineering at Fusable. Previously, Andrew held the position of Director of Site Reliability Engineering at RingCentral, where Andrew oversaw the SRE team for Engage, a contact center as a solution (CCaaS) product. Prior to that, Andrew served as the Vice President of Information Technology at Connect First, Inc., a RingCentral company, where Andrew led IT functions such as DevOps, security, infrastructure, and technical support.
