Roles & Responsibilities

• Technical requirements - Gather business requirements and translate into technical specifications.

• Document - workflows, attributes and data architecture in confluence to create a centralise product specifications knowledgebase.

· Collect and validate – business feedback on product implementation and support the client experience.

· Design Feedback Loops so the business can ensure client data drive our product development processes.

· Bridge the business, operations, compliance and technology functions and be the key subject matter expert of business requirements across all business functions.

· Design, validate and verify – Core product functions and collaborate and coordinate with UX/UI design team mates.

· Test – release builds, coordinate UAT and ensure that core functionality is in line with business requirements and working closely with QA to define automated testing.

· Manage the life cycle management of all products from ideation to deployment.

· Track key deliveries, engineering resources and business feedback and decisions.

· Report on delivery of product to business, coordinate dashboards and management views.

· Advocate the use of agile and drive product sprint that pack our collective efforts into feature focused release cycles.

About the Role:

· Remote (Pan APAC) – digital first role working across APAC time zone and beyond are also welcomed.

· Directly report to Chief Business Officer/Chief Technology Officer.

· Should have experience working with business and drive business analysis in a customer first and data driven organisation.

· Knowledge of digital assets and crypto currency markets with a background coming from traditional finance, fintechs, exchanges or trading environments (e.g. crypto or digital assets)

· Understand the market trends and structure, in order to support the business strategy and business planning for crypto, digital assets, and security token business development efforts.

Fusang has offices in Hong Kong and Labuan & Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and a remote team in Vietnam. In addition to those locations, Fusang supports full remote working flexibility for senior-level at any other Asia locations on a direct contracting basis.
