Dr. Noah Silverman

Dr. Noah Silverman has extensive professional experience in research and development, quantitative models, artificial intelligence, and data science. Dr. Noah is currently the Head of Research and Development at Fusang, an Adjunct Assistant Professor at The University of Hong Kong, the Head of Research and Development at Celera, the Founder of Light.CX, Co-Founder and Director of Excellent Liquidity Inc., CEO and Director of Innovest Energy Fund, and Chief Data Scientist of Smart Media Inc. Dr. Noah previously founded AllResearch, Inc. in 1998 and Helios.ai Ltd. in 2014.

Dr. Noah Silverman obtained their PhD in Statistics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2013 and their M.S. in Statistics from the same university in 2011. In addition, they hold certifications from Coursera (Cryptography 1 - Standford Online, obtained in September 2020), CryptoCurrency Certification Consortium (C4) (Certified Bitcoin Professional, obtained in June 2020), Blockchain Council (Certified Blockchain Developer, obtained in May 2020), Securities and Futures Commission (Securities and Futures Intermediary, 1 & 2, obtained in February 2019), Google (Google AdWords, obtained in August 2014), and Mensa International (Mensa Member, obtained in an unknown month).
