Johnny Hinojosa, PMP, MSGL

Johnny Hinojosa is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Master's degree in Global Leadership (MSGL). Johnny has extensive work experience in project management, program management, and technical roles.

Starting in 2009, Johnny worked as an Electronics Technician in the US Navy, where they provided technical support for various multi-TDL systems. Johnny also led a team of technicians and managed maintenance checks during deployments.

In 2015, Johnny worked as a System Engineer at Tactical Engineering and Analysis, Inc., where they managed a group developing features for TDL Data Systems. Johnny implemented a testing program for data link systems and trained performance teams.

From 2016 to 2016, Johnny worked at KES, Inc. as a System Technician and Training Specialist. Johnny managed a team developing features for TDL Data Systems and served as a technical subject matter expert. Johnny also provided training on software and hardware to military and support personnel.

At eQ Technologic, Johnny worked as a Technical Project Manager from 2018 to 2020. Johnny facilitated product backlog creation, led a team of software developers, and integrated data solutions for clients in various industries.

From 2020 to 2021, Johnny worked as a Project Manager at Ultra Intelligence & Communications, where they directed and coordinated software and system development operations. Johnny also streamlined agile development process reporting and metrics.

At Kibo, Johnny held two roles from 2021 to 2023. As a Senior Project Manager, they managed top-tier client projects and programs, expanding their business capabilities and implementing a new engineering ticketing tracking system. As a Senior Program Manager, Johnny managed client programs with high business impact, led a team of project managers, and oversaw business-critical projects resulting in significant annual revenue for Kibo.

Currently, Johnny serves as a Project Manager at Fuse Integration, starting from 2023.

Johnny Hinojosa obtained a Master's degree in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business, which they completed from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from Colorado State University Global, which they completed from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Johnny Hinojosa also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in March 2021.
