Lisa Biggs

Lisa Biggs has a diverse range of work experience. Most recently, they have worked as the Director of Outreach at Fusion Academy. Prior to that, they served as the Operations and Marketing Manager at Deep Space Sparkle. In this role, they were responsible for data collection, organization, and interpretation, specifically focused on revenue, customer retention, and marketing.

Lisa also founded and served as the Executive Director of Sunflower Bridge, a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching Social Emotional Learning through a story-based curriculum. Lisa worked extensively with children impacted by trauma and stress, helping them develop mental and physical self-care strategies and form strong support networks.

Lisa has also held positions such as Director of Digital Education at Maps.com, Learning and Development Specialist at Ojai Valley Inn, and Independent Educational Curriculum Consultant at ProLearning Source, Inc. In these roles, they successfully managed projects, developed educational materials, and implemented training programs.

Earlier in their career, Lisa worked as a Program Manager and Lead Teacher at The Cambridge Institute of International Education, an English Teacher at the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, and as a Creator and Instructor of Pronunciation and Conversation Courses at PetroVietnam Manpower Training College. Lisa also taught English courses, including specialized pronunciation classes, at ILA Vietnam.

Lisa Biggs attended the University of California, Riverside from 2005 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics. In 2010, they also received a Certificate in TESOL from St. George International. In 2022, they obtained a Certified Holistic Nutritionist certification from the American Naturopathic Medical Board. Lisa also holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the University of California, Riverside. Additionally, they have a Holistic Nutritionist Certification from AFPA, which was obtained in 2023.
