Rodger Williams

Rodger Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rodger is currently working as the Director of Product Development - Managed Services at Fusion Connect since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Peerless Network from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for product management of SDN and Full Stack offerings. Rodger was involved in all aspects of product development and lifecycle management, including GTM strategy and interacting with enterprise channel account executives.

From 2015 to 2020, Rodger worked at Windstream Communications as a Senior Consultant in Product Management. During their tenure, they managed the development and marketing of Cloud Connect, Switched Ethernet, and Collocation products. Rodger played a crucial role in expanding Windstream's Enterprise switched Ethernet product offering to all CLEC markets, resulting in increased market penetration.

Before that, Rodger served as the Manager of Product Development - Data Services at WilTel Communications from 1999 to 2004. Rodger led a team focused on developing Layer II data products and managed the successful launch of QoS Private Line and EWAN services. In addition, they worked as a Senior Sales Engineer at WilTel, providing network sales engineering support for Vyvx.
