Jennifer Allen

Jennifer Allen has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Jennifer is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Future Beauty Labs. Prior to this, they worked as the People & Culture Manager at the same company. Before joining Future Beauty Labs, Jennifer held the position of HR Business Partner at Sparrows Group, where they were responsible for developing HR policies, driving performance improvement, and designing succession plans. Jennifer also served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Fonterra, where they collaborated with the leadership team and advised on recruitment and selection processes. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as an HR Practitioner at ATS Group (Ltd), managing the employee lifecycle and advising on compensation and benefits. Jennifer also gained experience in HR and logistics coordination at Wood Group PSN. Jennifer's career began in the airline industry, where they held various roles at British Airways and Servisair (UK) Ltd. Jennifer has a strong background in operations management and customer service. Jennifer started their career as a Human Resources Administrator at Gourmet Grub and later served as a Duty Manager at Premier Inn. Their work experience spans over 20 years, demonstrating their expertise in human resources, people management, and operational leadership.

Jennifer Allen completed their education chronologically, starting with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons) degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Queen Margaret University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Jennifer then pursued a PgDip (Postgraduate Diploma) in Human Resource Management at Robert Gordon University from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Jennifer obtained the Chartered MCIPD certification from the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) in July 2019.
