Christian Farsetti

Christian Farsetti has a diverse range of work experience, starting as an Assistant/Speaker at the Federazione Italiana Fitness in 2016. Christian then worked as a Freelance Editor at Il Terzo News from 2016 to 2018. Christian also served as an Editor at La Repubblica during the same period. In 2017, they joined NonSoloFitness as a Learning and Development Specialist and also worked as a Keynote Speaker. Christian has experience in the media industry as well, working as an Associate Consultant, Diversity Equity and Inclusion Specialist at Richwood Consulting Group starting in 2021. Christian also worked as a Senior Associate Consultant, DEI and Talent Acquisition Specialist at byrne·dean. Christian has expertise in HR and consulting roles, having worked as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at C-YourCulture from 2018 to 2020. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Future Talent Council before transitioning to the role of Regional Human Resources Director in 2022. In the same year, they also joined Potentialpark as a Country Manager and Talent Communication Specialist. Christian has also added teaching to their repertoire, working as a Lecturer for the Master Human Resources program at w.academy - Business School. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at Future Talent Council.

- 2021-2023: Christian worked towards a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi.

- 2022: Christian completed a Master's degree in HR Management, specializing in People Management and Human Resources, from 24ORE Business School.

- 2022-2024: Christian is enrolled in a Postgraduate Master program called "HR Management & Digital Skills" at 24ORE Business School - UniMarconi.

- 2023-Present: Christian is pursuing a course in Social Impact at SDA Bocconi.

Additionally, Christian has obtained several certifications, including a General English Level 13 (Advanced) certification from EF Education First, a certification in "Social Impact Creare e misurare valore condiviso" from SDA Bocconi School of Management, and certifications in various skillsets such as resume building, infographic creation, HR skills, diversity and inclusion, Excel, business English, ECDL (European Computer Driving License), and preliminary English proficiency.
