Abigail Rae

Abigail Rae has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Abigail is currently the Head of Organisational Development at Futures Management Group, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Learning and Development Manager at the same company from April 2021 to December 2021. Before joining Futures Management Group, Abigail was the Head of Business Engagement and Partnerships at Futures for Business from January 2018 to April 2021. Abigail also served as the Head of Marketing and Bids at CT Skills from March 2016 to December 2017. Earlier in their career, Abigail held various positions at Vision West Nottinghamshire College, including Head of Business Development, Vision Apprentices Manager (National), and Business Training Consultant. Abigail also worked as a Learning and Development Advisor at PKF Cooper Parry from January 2006 to September 2008. Abigail started their career as an Events Manager at Games Workshop in August 2004 and as a Senior Conference Assistant at Paul James Associates Ltd from September 2002 to July 2004.

Abigail Rae completed their Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from Nottingham Trent University, from 1997 to 2000. In 2006-2007, they pursued a Certificate of Learning and Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. After a gap, in 2011-2012, they attended the University of Lincoln for a course in Strategic Leadership and Management, but did not complete a degree.
