Roger Eckroat

Roger Eckroat has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Roger started their career at Sprint Corporation in 1995, working in positions such as Major Account Specialist and Account Admin II. In these roles, they resolved billing inquiries and implemented strategies to increase company earnings and minimize receivables.

Roger then worked as a Sales Implementation Specialist at Sprint Nextel from 2000 to 2002, where they addressed complex challenges and requests for wireline business customers and successfully implemented a global travel agency network.

From 2001 to 2007, Eckroat worked at Sprint as an Implementation Project Manager and Technical Support, leading a team responsible for designing and implementing integrated product/network solutions for global customers. Roger served as a single point of contact for over 25 customers and supported the sales team in managing and implementing global wireline networks.

Roger later joined Sprint Nextel as a Business Customer Service Supervisor from 2007 to 2012, where they oversaw complex billing and maintenance issues for Fortune 1000 customers and managed a team of telecommuting associates.

Eckroat then worked at Cassidian Communications, Inc., an EADS North America Company, as a Care Manager from 2012 to 2013, implementing customer care policies for land mobile radio networks.

Roger subsequently joined inTelesystems in 2013 as a Senior Project Manager, where they strategically managed client's telecom infrastructure and successfully oversaw the conversion of a customer's MPLS network for over 25 locations.

Currently, Eckroat works at Fuze as a Manager, Customer Success since November 2021. Roger previously served as a Team Lead - NA Customer Success and a Senior Customer Success Manager at Fuze from 2016 to 2019.

Roger Eckroat attended The University of Texas at Dallas from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. During their time at UT Dallas, they also studied at the Naveen Jindal School of Management. Roger completed their Bachelor of Science in Business degree in 2010. The field of study for both degrees was Business.
