Richard Leader has extensive experience in the fintech industry. Richard began their career in 2008 as Executive Vice President of Americas and Client Executive in EMEA at Caplin Systems. In 2014, they became an Advisor in Fintech at BTG Pactual and Co-Founder at FastFin. In 2019, they became Co-Founder at FX HedgePool.

Richard Leader attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained an Undergrad degree in Economics.
