Patrick Laroche

Patrick Laroche has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Patrick started their career in 2008 as a Gestion suppleance auditive at Commission scolaire de Montréal (CSDM), where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Dollarama as an IT Process Integration - ServiceNow Administrator until 2017. Patrick then moved on to HGC Technologies as a Delivery Manager from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Patrick works at FX Innovation, where they started as an Engagement Manager in 2018 and later transitioned to the role of Digital Transformation Architect in October 2020.

Patrick Laroche obtained a SAP Logistics Certificate in SAP Supply Chain Management from Montreal College of Information Technology from 2014 to 2015. In addition, they have obtained various certifications such as CIS - PPM and CIS - APM from ServiceNow in June 2020, as well as multiple micro-certifications from ServiceNow in 2019. Patrick also obtained certifications in ITIL v3 Foundation 2011 and CIS - ITSM from PeopleCert and ServiceNow respectively in 2018. Furthermore, Patrick obtained a Certified System Administrator certification from ServiceNow - The Enterprise Cloud Company in November 2016.
