Sr. Director Business Transformation- Digital Solutions at LeaseAccelerator

Heather Wurtz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Heather started their career at USAA, where they worked as part of the International Property and Casualty Insurance team, handling legal contracts and providing high-level customer service. Following that, they joined Northwest Vista College as a full-time student.

Heather then joined Citi, where they worked as a Training Designer III. In this role, they were responsible for producing video and multimedia projects, including system simulations and interactive electronic training. Heather also supported the deployment and procurement of authoring tools and provided perpetual support for learning modules.

After Citi, Heather joined LeaseAccelerator, where they held multiple roles. As a Senior Developer in Learning Design, Technology, and Analytics, they played a key role in developing and managing online training and learning management systems. Heather later became a Business Solutions Architect, where they strategized and managed procurement, project management, and deployment for the global learning organization. Heather then took on the role of Director of Customer Experience, Digital Solutions, leading a team through parallel projects to implement a Digital Adoption platform and integrate engagement data into Salesforce CRM.

Currently, Heather is working at LeaseAccelerator as the Senior Director of Business Transformation - Customer Experience. Their responsibilities include facilitating digital transformation, optimization, and change management for customer experience and related organizations globally. Heather leads the orchestration of processes and functional operations, including customer support, procurement, and maintenance. Heather has achieved significant process optimization and improvement using various cloud-based tools and process flows.

Throughout their career, Heather has received various awards and recognition, such as being named a WalkMe MVP and a Top 100 Digital Adoption Platform Professional in 2022 and being a finalist for the WalkMe Realizer Award for Innovation - Best Customer Experience in the same year.

Heather Wurtz attended Northwest Vista College from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an AAS degree in Digital Media. In addition to their college education, they have obtained several certifications. These certifications include the Solution Engineer Certification Maintenance Course from WalkMe™, which they obtained in April 2022, the DAP Builder Certified certification from WalkMe™, obtained in April 2020, and the Camtasia 2019 Certification and Snagit Certification from TechSmith Corporation, both obtained in October 2019. Heather also holds the CERTIFIED DIGITAL ADOPTION PROJECT MANAGER and CERTIFIED DIGITAL ADOPTION SOLUTION ENGINEER certifications from WalkMe™, which they obtained in December 2020 and October 2020, respectively. Furthermore, they have a certification in Web Design from Northwest Vista College, although the specific details regarding the month and year of completion are not provided.
