Wendel Llorico

Wendel Llorico has a strong background in IT asset and configuration management. Wendel currently works as a Specialist in IT Asset and CMDB at FX Innovation since February 2023. Prior to that, they were at MERALCO from 2020 to February 2023, where they held the position of Lead/Consultant in IT Configuration Management.

Before their time at MERALCO, Wendel worked at Fujitsu from 2012 to 2020. At Fujitsu, they initially served as an IT Problem Manager from December 2012 to July 2014. Wendel then transitioned into the role of Team Lead for Change, Release, and Service Asset Configuration Management (SACM) where they played a key role up until June 2020.

Wendel's earlier experience includes roles at Transcom as a Team Lead in Incident Management from October 2011 to December 2012, and at IBM as an IT Service Delivery/Technical Account Manager from June 2011 to October 2011. Wendel began their career at Sitel, where they held the positions of Global IT SD Supervisor from November 2008 to April 2011 and Global IT Service Desk Analyst from November 2006 to November 2008.

Wendel Llorico obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Human Sciences from Saint Louis University (PH) in 2006. Additionally, they have pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Louis University (PH). Regarding additional certifications, Wendel Llorico has completed the ITIL Foundation V3 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice and the Software Asset Management - Core certification from Microsoft.
