Vidya Chokkalingam

Vidya Chokkalingam has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Vidya co-founded Fyxt in 2017, where they served as the CTO. Vidya played a crucial role in defining product requirements and prioritizing the product roadmap. Vidya led the product conception, including wireframing, user experience, and requirements validation, involving multiple stakeholders and developers. Vidya also managed product release cycles, handled budgets, schedules, and scopes, and communicated with key stakeholders on project milestones. In 2019, Vidya became a Managing Partner at Transcend Digital, an enterprise software firm focused on customer experience and digital transformation. Before that, in 2018, they worked as an Investor at Neurun and a Seed Investor at HED Skincare. Vidya has also held positions such as a Partner at Building Blocks Ventures and a Chief Technology Officer at MARLO Technologies. In 2016, they served as the VP of Engineering at UTOO Cabs Limited, a mobile app-based taxi hailing service. Throughout their career, Vidya has demonstrated expertise in software development, entrepreneurship, and consulting.

Vidya Chokkalingam pursued their education starting from 2002 to 2006 at Anna University, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electronics and Communications. During this time, they also attended the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai, where they earned a BE degree in Electronics and Communication. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they furthered their education at Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration, where they completed their MBA with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
