Kathy Mielke

Kathy Mielke has extensive work experience in the health and wellness industry. Kathy started their career in 1989 as an Exercise Physiologist at Lee Memorial Health System, where they worked until 1999. In 1999, they became a Manager, Fitness Center at TBG Development for a brief period of four months before transitioning to become a Personal Trainer. Kathy worked as a Personal Trainer from 1999 to 2013, during which they gained valuable experience in assisting individuals with their fitness goals. In 2013, they joined The Terraces at Bonita Springs as a Wellness Coordinator, a role they held until 2020. Currently, Kathy serves as the Wellness Director at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, where they have been working since February 2020. Their career has been focused on promoting health and fitness and assisting individuals in achieving their wellness goals.

Kathy Mielke's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from the University of Florida. Kathy also obtained a Master of Arts degree in Exercise Physiology from the same university.
