Jason Neal

Jason Neal is a seasoned executive in the mining and finance sectors, currently serving as the Lead Independent Director at G Mining Ventures Corp. since December 2020 and as an Independent Director at Deterra Royalties since November 2022. Additionally, Jason acts as a Founding Partner at Whetstone Resources Inc. and previously held the position of Executive Vice President at Kirkland Lake Gold from March 2021 to February 2022. From February 2018 to February 2021, Jason was the President and CEO of TMAC Resources Inc. and spent over two decades at BMO Capital Markets, culminating as Global Co-Head of the Metals & Mining Group. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Simon Fraser University, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
