Jennifer Wiebrand

Jennifer Wiebrand is Area Vice President of Investments in the Austin, Texas office and is responsible for all development and acquisition activities in the Central Texas region. Prior to joining Gables, she worked for a private group on Florida's Emerald Coast developing environmentally-responsible, resort-style, waterfront home communities and condominiums. With over 15 years in finance and real estate development, she specializes in the incorporation of office, retail, and hospitality assets into multi-family projects. Her most recent mixed-use project with Gables includes a partnership with Hotel ZaZa overlooking Republic Park.Jennifer serves on the Executive Committee of the Downtown Austin Alliance, is the Chair of the Women's Leadership Initiative in Austin's Urban Land Institute chapter, and is a Council Member of the University of Texas Real Estate, Finance and Investment Center. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Finance from Missouri State University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin.
