Fauzia Kerai Khan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resource management. Currently, Fauzia serves as a Consultant and Advisor to the Executive Committee and CEOs at Gaditek, and previously held the position of VP of Learning, Development, and Culture. As the Founder and CEO of I&B Consulting, Fauzia focuses on enhancing digital capacity for corporations through tailored management consulting services. Experience includes roles as Chief Learning Officer and Group Head of Learning & Development at TPL Corp Ltd., as well as learning and organizational development specialist at 360training. Early career experience includes general management of human resources at Sysnet Pakistan, where Fauzia led initiatives for recruitment and employee engagement across multiple locations.
