Kartik M.

Kartik M. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kartik started their career in 2001 as a Plant Engineering Manager at Thermal Ceramics, where they managed engineering and maintenance projects. From 2008 to 2009, they worked at CH2M as a Sr. Systems Engineer, leading a team and overseeing systems integration projects.

In 2009, Kartik joined The Coca-Cola Company as a Controls & Automation Engineer, managing capital projects and serving as subject matter expert for automation and electrical engineering. Kartik later became a Principal Engineer, supporting multiple production facilities in the southern US and implementing control system enhancements for operational efficiency.

In 2017, Kartik transitioned to Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages as a Principal Engineer, providing technical leadership and coaching to a team of site control engineers. Kartik then moved to Dematic in 2020 and worked as an Engineering Manager, responsible for managing a team of engineers and handling hiring, training, and performance management.

Most recently, Kartik joined GAF Energy as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering in 2023.

Kartik M. holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Kartik also has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, Kartik holds a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
