Anupama J Naidu

Anu is Corporate Counsel and Head of Legal. She joined Gain Credit in 2020 and has extensive legal experience in a wide variety of corporate matters. Anu started her legal career as a corporate finance attorney in Sidley Austin LLP’s New York. She then spent over seven years with Barclays, working both in-house in the General Counsel’s Office as well as in the Global Compliance group. She was most recently Senior Counsel for Kalantar Business Law Group, a boutique law firm in New York and Dubai. Anu co-founded the Barclays Legal Pro Bono program and has represented pro bono clients with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, the Equal Justice Initiative, Human Rights First and the City Bar Justice Center in New York. Anu enjoys playing music, mountain biking, hiking and surfing with her family.
