Shannon Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Shannon started their career at OneAmerica in 2007 as an Internal Sales Partner and eventually became a Team Lead in 2010. Shannon then joined Guggenheim Partners in 2012 as an Annuity Sales Consultant, where they worked for six years. In 2018, Shannon started working at Gainbridge, where they held various roles, including Digital Customer Support Manager, Associate Director of Operations, and currently, they serve as the Director of Customer Support & Operations.

Shannon Reynolds received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Ball State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Hamilton Southeastern High School from 1995 to 1998. Furthermore, Shannon obtained the Indiana Life & Health License from the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions in 2002.
