Manisha Pahwa

Manisha Pahwa has comprehensive experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Manisha currently holds the position of Talent Partner at Gainsight, a role they started in July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Recruiter at Gainsight from May 2022 to July 2023.

Before joining Gainsight, Manisha worked as a Recruitment Partner at Zenoti from March 2021 to May 2022. In this role, they handled technical recruitment across various skills and levels, collaborated with hiring managers, and implemented recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent. Manisha also coordinated the Interviewers' Certification Program to train new interviewers effectively.

From November 2018 to March 2021, Manisha served as an Executive | Technical Recruiter at Datamatics Global Services Limited. Manisha successfully managed end-to-end IT recruitment for multiple business units, oversaw recruitment processes for critical domestic and international projects, and employed creative search strategies to source candidates.

Prior to that, Manisha worked as a Recruitment Executive | Technical Recruiter at NET HR (Net Employment Services) from June 2017 to November 2018. In this role, they focused on end-to-end IT recruitment for tier 1 Investment Banks and fulfilled various client requirements within defined timelines.

Manisha's earlier experience includes roles at Techspardha, NIT Kurukshetra, and Altius, NIT Kurukshetra, where they held coordinating and committee head positions. Manisha also completed an internship at Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd. as an Internship Trainee, where they prepared a live project focused on competency mapping.

In 2014, Manisha received the Young Achiever's Award from the National Integrated Forum of Artists and Activists.

From 2015 to 2017, Manisha attended the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they studied at Dyal Singh College, Karnal (Kurukshetra University) and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

In 2011, Manisha completed their 12th grade at Pratap Public School, Karnal (CBSE Board) with a specialization in Commerce.

Earlier, in 2009 and 2010, they completed their 10th grade at Pratap Public School, Karnal (CBSE Board).

Additionally, Manisha has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional knowledge and skills.
