Tejaswini Bande

Tejaswini Bande has a strong background in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruitment. Tejaswini started their career as an RPO for HCL at Abbott Systems, Inc. in 2010. From there, they became a Sr.Recruitment Consultant at Talentbeacon International in 2011. In 2013, they joined InsideView, Inc as a Recruiter, gaining valuable experience working within a firm for recruitment. Tejaswini then joined Gainsight in 2015 as a Lead Recruiter, where they played a significant role in accelerating talent acquisition in the engineering team. Over the years, they grew within the organization and currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition. Tejaswini'sexpertise in recruiting and their diverse experience in the field make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Tejaswini Bande obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources (HR) from Bhavans College between 2008 and 2010.
