Miguel Felipe Mendoza has extensive experience in customer success and sales roles in the technology industry. Miguel Felipe started their career as a Territory Sales Manager at Oracle Corporation in 2010. Miguel Felipe then moved on to IBM Chile, where they worked as a Brand Sales Specialist focused on hardware sales in various sectors. In 2012, they joined IBM Colombia and continued their role as a Brand Sales Specialist. In 2014, they became an Account Manager at Hitachi Data Systems Colombia, specializing in private banking. Miguel Felipe returned to IBM in 2015 as a Hardware Sales Representative and later transitioned to a Servers Sales Representative role. In 2017, they became the COO of PowerData Colombia, responsible for expanding the company's commercial operations. Miguel Felipe also worked at Oracle as a Cloud Technology Sales Manager and Territory Sales Manager before joining PowerData again as the Gerente de Operaciones y Comercial. Most recently, they have been working as a Customer Success Director at Technisys and Galileo Financial Technologies.
Miguel Felipe Mendoza completed a Master's degree in Fintech: Digital Transformation of Finance from OBS Business School in the year 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, completed between 1996 and 2003. Additionally, Miguel has certifications in IBM Selling Profession - Level I and Infrastructure Services Selling - Digital Transformation, both obtained from IBM.
