Trish Cox

Trish Cox has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Trish most recently held the position of Head of Operations at Galileo Financial Technologies since August 2020. Prior to that, they served as the COO of Population Health Solutions at WellCare Health Plans from January 2019 to July 2020.

Trish's notable experience includes working at Anthem, Inc. as the Head of Service Experience from September 2015 to October 2018. In this role, they provided direction and leadership for the Service Experience across all lines of business, managing a substantial budget and a team of 10,000 associates. Their scope of responsibility encompassed areas such as Enrollment & Billing, Member Call Centers, Provider Call Centers, Grievance & Appeals, Insight & Analytics, and Business Transformation functions.
