James Qian

James Qian is currently serving as a Board Observer at At-Bay Specialty Insurance Company and CrossCover Insurance. James also holds the position of an Investment Committee Member at Sunraycer. Prior to their current roles, James worked as a Vice President at Gallatin Point Capital LLC. James has previous experience at Cerberus Capital Management, Oliver Wyman, The Chertoff Group, and Sperry, Mitchell & Company. James graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Physics.
