Deonte Johnson

Deonte Johnson, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and leadership within the manufacturing and food production sectors. Currently serving as Operations Line Manager at Gallo Glass Company since April 2022, Deonte previously held the position of Advanced Team Leader at E. & J. Gallo Winery from August 2020 to April 2022. Further experience includes roles at Land O'Lakes, Inc., where Deonte contributed as Planner Scheduler/Continuous Improvement Analyst and Operations/Sanitation Supervisor between January 2016 and August 2020. Deonte began the career at Foster Farms as Production Supervisor, followed by positions as Machine Operator at Flowers Foods and Maintenance Technician at Seneca Foods Corporation.
