Rick Coplin

Rick Coplin is a prominent business advisor with extensive experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, and coaching. As the Principal of Rick Coplin International since January 2016, Rick has collaborated with business owners and their leadership teams to drive growth. In addition to leading the Red Frame Lab Consulting Program at Denison University, Rick serves as an Associate Director while also being a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a coach for The Six Types of Working Genius. Rick's previous roles include Vice President at Rev1 Ventures, where Rick supported and mentored start-ups, and Director of Operations at Armada Group, Inc. Rick holds an MBA in Operations and Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Denison University.
