Polly Colby

Before joining Galt in 2021, Polly Colby worked in both public and nonprofit sectors, successfully managing Federal employment programs and training grants for over 20 years. Her primary focus is on strategic growth through collaborative team-building, and commitment to meeting customer and market demands. Driven by the mission, she takes pride in an outstanding record of building lasting relationships that result in an expansion of employment opportunities for underserved communities. Polly has served on various nonprofit boards and public associations throughout her career. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington.
