Andrew Lister

Andrew Lister has an extensive work experience starting from their time in the Royal Navy as an Officer and Helicopter Pilot from 1992 to 2001. Andrew then worked as a Helicopter and Fixed-Wing Pilot at Specialist Aviation Services from 2002 to 2011, where they developed operation manuals and flew various aircraft. From 2011 to 2016, Andrew served as Chief Pilot and later as Director of Aviation at Yorkshire Air Ambulance, managing the safe operation of helicopters and bases. Andrew was responsible for obtaining an AOC and implementing operational improvements. From 2011 to 2012, they also worked as a Helicopter Pilot at Multiflight Ltd. Since 2019, Andrew has been working as Head of Flight Operations and later as Head of Rotary at Gama Aviation, where they oversee flight operations, recruits and trains pilots, and ensures professional results.

Andrew Lister attended Oakwood Park Grammar School from 1979 to 1984. Andrew later pursued a BSc in Psychology from City of London Polytechnic between 1986 and 1989.
