Daniel Sobczak has been working in the IT industry since 2015. Daniel began their career at InPlanner as a VR/AR Application Developer, programming Virtual and Augmented Reality applications in Unreal Engine and Unity for several mobile and PC VR headsets. In 2019, they joined Fujitsu as a Junior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, completing their extensive training program and passing the ServiceNow CSA certificate. Daniel then took on additional responsibilities as Incident Manager, Clone Consultant and Release Manager. In 2021, they moved to Game Lounge as Lead Game Developer. Currently, Daniel is a ServiceNow Technical Consultant at The Otter Cloud.

Daniel Sobczak obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from Lodz University of Technology between 2011 and 2016. Daniel has also obtained a variety of certifications from ServiceNow, including CIS - ITSM (October 2021), Micro-Certification - Agile and Test Management Implementation (December 2019), Micro-Certification - Predictive Intelligence (December 2019), Micro-Certification - Virtual Agent (December 2019), Micro-Certification - Automated Test Framework (November 2019), Micro-Certification - Flow Designer (November 2019), Micro-Certification - Integration Hub (November 2019), Micro-Certification - Performance Analytics (November 2019), Micro-Certification - ServiceNow Platform Subscription Model (November 2019), Micro-Certification - HR Integrations (October 2019), and Certified System Administrator (August 2019).
