Senior Customer Success Manager at Game Plan

Carly LaBombard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carly is currently working at Game Plan as a Senior Customer Success Manager, a role they assumed in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at the same company from March 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Game Plan, Carly worked at the United States Military Academy at West Point as an Athletic Academic Support Coordinator from January 2021 to February 2022. Carly LaBombard obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Recreation and Sport Management at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2014 to 2016. Carly also holds additional certifications, including the Google Project Management Professional Certificate from Coursera, completed in February 2022, The Game Changer Graduate certification from Exos, obtained in September 2021, and the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), acquired in October 2013.
