Richard Cheng

Richard Cheng has held various leadership roles throughout their career. In 2021, they became the President of ON, a position they currently hold. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Business Officer at ON and the Vice President, Head of Global Marketing at Scientific Learning from 2019 to 2020. Richard also has experience as the Executive Director of China Business Development at Scientific Learning, the Executive Director of Business Development at BounceX, and an Admissions Consultant at Stratus Admissions Counseling. Richard worked as a Management Associate at MasterCard and as a Summer Principal at The Parthenon Group. Additionally, Richard co-founded Domus Kids and served as the Co-Principal and Director of Curriculum. Richard began their career as a Corps Member at Teach For America.

Richard Cheng has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Social and Urban Policy as well as International Trade and Finance from Harvard University. Richard also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Strategic Management and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School. Furthermore, Richard has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Neurobiology and Neurosciences from Northwestern University. Richard has also completed a Global Health Exchange program in International Public Health/International Health at Stellenbosch University.
