Chinenye Mba has worked in the gaming industry since 2008. 🎮 Chinenye began their career as an Application Support Technician at Hicom Technology Limited, where they were the lead support for the Diamond & Twinkle applications and was heavily involved in their migration from MS Access to .NET. In 2012, they moved to Mercer, where they worked as a 3rd Line Support and Product Owner, providing bespoke and third party application support on Windows 2003/2008 virtual machines. In 2016, Chinenye joined PhotoBox as an Application Support Specialist, where they monitored application workflows and was involved in infrastructure changes that required the stop/start of Linux-based services on internal servers. 🎮 Chinenye then joined GameAnalytics in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager, Customer Success & Support Manager, and Customer Support Manager. Most recently, Chinenye has been working at Gameye as a Customer Experience Manager and Technical Support since 2020.

Chinenye Mba obtained a BSc in Computer Science from Kingston University between 2005 and 2008. 🎮 Chinenye has also obtained certifications from The CPD Certification Service, Udemy, Open2Study, and freeCodeCamp, including GDPR - Practitioner (2018), iOS Engineer, iOS 10 and Swift 3 (2017), Concepts in Games Development (2016), User Experience for the Web (2016), and Front-End Web Development Certification (2016).
