Ons Belja

Ons Belja currently serves as the CSO team manager at Garantme since March 2023, acting as the primary contact for Garantme partners and responsible for updating the internal encyclopedia on tools and processes. Prior to this role, Ons was a Floor Supervisor at Free2move from July 2022 to January 2023, overseeing teleconsultants' activities across various locations and ensuring adequate coverage and support ticket processing. Experience at Teleperformance as a First Line Manager spanned from December 2017 to February 2022. Earlier professional involvement included roles in medical settings such as Technicienne supérieure en Anesthésie-Réanimation and Hémodialyse. Ons Belja holds multiple qualifications, including a current degree in Meta Front-End Development from META Corps and a UI/UX Design certification from Google for Professionals, alongside a background in healthcare from Hôpital Charles Nicolle and Ecole supérieure des sciences et techniques de santé Tunis. Future studies include a degree in engineering at Ecole Supérieure Privée d'Ingénierie et de Technologies - ESPRIT, set to continue until 2027.
