Charlotte Brasch

Charlotte Brasch currently serves as the Head of HR for Sweden at Garda Sikring, where responsibilities include developing and leading HR strategy in alignment with business goals and company culture. Prior to this role, Charlotte held the position of Director of People & Culture at AddSecure, focusing on HR strategy for a growing business unit and global HR initiatives. Additional experience includes positions at Jurek Rekrytering & Bemanning, Active Search, Ogunsen Search & Selection, Adecco IT & Engineering, Riksgälden, and Ericsson AB, with a career spanning various roles in HR and recruitment. Education was completed at Stockholm University from 1992 to 1995.
