Ricky Vidrio

Ricky Vidrio currently serves as VP of Operations and VP of Customer Success at garden.io, having taken on multiple leadership roles since February 2022. Prior to this, Ricky held various positions at Zendesk from September 2018 to August 2021, including (Interim) Manager of Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Consultant. Ricky’s experience also includes a tenure at Keen IO from December 2014 to August 2018 as Director of Customer Success and Director of Strategic Accounts, among other roles. At Jive Software, Ricky transitioned from Director of Partnership Development at CLARA to a Business Consultant role after the acquisition in April 2013. Earlier career experiences include area management and program management roles at Rising Sun Energy Center and marketing research at Make-A-Wish America. Ricky holds degrees in International Business and Marketing from Dominican University of California and Intercollege.
