Amy Dosen has extensive experience in the field of community and economic development. Amy started their career at Key Bank in 1995, where they held various roles as Vice President until 2012. In 2003, they joined Key Community Development Corporation as Vice President and Equity Sales Manager, a position they held until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at WNC & Associates as Vice President, Midwest Origination. Amy then moved to Alliant Capital LLC, where they served as Senior Vice President in Acquisitions from 2014 to 2015. Amy then transitioned to the National Development Council as Director of Acquisitions and Underwriting from 2015 to 2017. Amy'smost recent position is as Managing Partner at Gardner Capital, Inc. since November 2017.

Amy Dosen attended Ashland University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Master's degree in Business Management. Prior to that, they studied at Kent State University from 1991 to 1995 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
