Oscar Vargas Aquino

Oscar Vargas Aquino is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Garlock Family of Companies since October 2023, Oscar Vargas also held the position of Human Capital Head at EPL Limited from February 2019 to September 2023. Prior experience includes HR Manager for Latin America at Ferro Corporation and Human Resources Director at Cargill, focusing on succession planning and organizational development. Oscar Vargas began the career as Human Resources Manager at Alcan, where efforts were directed towards improving labor relations. Academically, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology was obtained from Universidad Latinoamericana, S.C.
