Robert Williams

Robert Williams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert most recently worked as the Director of Human Resources at Garner Industries, Inc. since October 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Leader at Five Nines from May 2015 to October 2017. Robert has also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Southeast Community College from July 2016 to September 2017. Before that, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Nature's Variety from October 2011 to May 2015. Additionally, they founded and served as the Past President on the Board of Directors at the Youth Actors' Academy of Lincoln from September 2010 to September 2014.

In terms of earlier experiences, Robert worked at Lester Electrical as an HR Specialist II from September 2006 to October 2011 and as an Area Manager from June 2000 to September 2006. Robert also had a self-employment venture as an Owner/Manager from January 1996 to June 2000. Robert began their career at the United States Postal Service, where they held various supervisory roles from September 1991 to January 1996, including Supervisor/Customer Services, Supervisor/Delivery, and Employee Involvement Coordinator.

Robert Williams holds a Master's Degree in Management and Leadership from Doane University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from the same institution. Robert also possesses additional certifications, including an OSHA 30 Hour Card General Industry from the Nebraska Safety Council and WorkWell, and an SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
