Dalibor Benak

Dalibor Benak is an experienced Sr. Program Manager at Garrett - Advancing Motion since September 2022, with a strong background in program and project management across various industries. Previously, Dalibor worked as a Program Manager at Lear Corporation, managing programs for major OEM and Tier 1 customers like Volvo and MAN, and at MANN+HUMMEL Group, coordinating changes in serial production. Dalibor has also served as a Technical and Soft Skills Trainer for the Board of European Students of Technology and held various positions in project management and engineering, with notable internships at ECOGESTUS Lda and Skanska. Dalibor holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction from Brno University of Technology.
