Štěpán Bořil

Štěpán Bořil has a diverse work experience. Štěpán started their career at Bisport s r.o., Povoda s r.o., Samba s r.o. as a Guide/instructor for team building from June 2011 to September 2013. Štěpán then joined LAO - průmyslové systémy as a Technologist from November 2012 to July 2014. Štěpán further worked at Continental as a Process Technologist from August 2014 to July 2015 and later as a Process Technologist - Center of Excellence (CoE) from August 2015 to August 2017. Currently, they are working at Garrett - Advancing Motion, where they initially held the position of Integrated Supply Chain Technical Leader from September 2017 to December 2019. After that, they were promoted to the role of Engineering Operational Excellence Lead from January 2020 to September 2022 and currently holds the position of Senior Engineering Operational Excellence Lead starting from October 2022.

Štěpán Bořil earned a Master's degree in Corporate Management from the University of Economics and Management in Prague, from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Application of Natural Sciences - Physical Engineering from the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague, from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Lean Expert from Garrett - Advancing Motion in March 2023, Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt from SC&C Partner in December 2018, Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) - Green Belt from Honeywell in May 2018, and Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt from SC&C Partner in May 2017.
