Jason Dowman

Jason Dowman has extensive experience in sales operations and business management. Jason began their career at Skills in 2004, where they gained initial work experience. Jason then joined Detica PLC in 2006 as a Project Manager, overseeing the delivery of electronic systems. Jason later became the Delivery Manager for the Electronic Systems Group, leading a team to improve quality and customer satisfaction. In 2012, they joined BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as the Business Operations Manager, where they provided resource management and balanced short-term project requirements with long-term strategic goals. Jason also served as the Head of Business and Sales Operations, overseeing sales operations and corporate governance in the North Americas market. In 2018, they joined Spirent Communications as the EMEA Inside Sales & Operations Manager, driving revenue growth and leading the inside sales team. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Head of Sales Operations at Garrison, where they focused on enabling users to access web content securely.

Jason Dowman attended UCL from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained an MEng degree in Electronic Engineering with Management Studies. In January 2019, they also completed a certification course on "Pitching Yourself" from LinkedIn, taught by Jodi Glickman.
