Alicia Mandel

Alicia Mandel is the Chief People Officer at Garten. Alicia has previous experience working as the Chief Human Performance Officer at 4Front and as the CLO, Vice President, Learning and Organizational Development at Apollo Group.

Alicia is excited to be working with great leaders in a brand new industry that is blazing the trail. Alicia is focused with the leadership team on "Being a Magnet for Talent" and is working on building a people strategy that is aligned with the organization's growth strategy.

Alicia Mandel has a BA in Communications and Sociology from the State University of New York College at Oswego. Alicia is currently 85% complete with their Masters of Human Resource Management from The New School, but has had to put it on hold due to travel schedule.
