Justin Gaspard

Justin Gaspard is the Vice President of Consulting at Gartner. Justin has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, holding various positions in software development, IT security, and consulting.

Justin started their career as a software developer at SAIC in 1998. Justin quickly rose through the ranks and was recognized as one of the top 5% of consultants at the firm. In 2001, they left SAIC to join EY as a software developer. At EY, Justin continued to develop their skills and became an administrator for Windows, UNIX, and Linux systems. Justin also became a Sun Certified Java Professional.

In 2003, Justin joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a software development manager. Justin led a team of over 20 software developers and achieved CMM-3 certification to improve software quality. Justin also designed architectures for high availability, high volume systems. Justin gained a reputation for delivering on-time, above expectations, against all odds.

In 2008, Justin left Booz Allen Hamilton to join Gartner as the Vice President of Consulting. In this role, Justin is responsible for leading a team of consultants who provide analysis and advice to clients in the IT industry.

Justin Gaspard earned their MBA in finance and strategy from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Justin also holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Loyola University Maryland. Additionally, Justin has a Leadership and Communications Certificate from George Mason University and is a Sun Certified Java Professional from Sun Microsystems.

Justin Gaspard reports to Scott Hensel, EVP, Global Services & Delivery. They are on a team with Akhil Jain - Global Head of Consulting, Nancy Kulick - GVP, Global Strategy & Operations, Gartner Consulting, and Julie Wilkerson - Senior Partner, EMEA Practices Lead.
