Megha Dahiya

Megha Dahiya is a Client Success Partner at Gartner since April 2024, bringing extensive experience from the hospitality sector. Previously, Megha held the position of Restaurant Manager and Guest Service Management Associate at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts from August 2021 to October 2023, completing a comprehensive management training program across three hotels. Prior experience includes serving as a STEP Associate at The Oberoi, Gurgaon, where Megha gained diverse skills across various hotel departments over 15 months in the Front Office. Megha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Guest Service Management from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development and a Bachelor of Tourism Studies from Indira Gandhi National Open University, along with a background in Commerce from Army Public School, Pune, and ICSE from St. Mary’s School, Pune.
