Sandi Johnson

Sandi Johnson has extensive experience in human resources across various media organizations. Currently serving as the Business Partner for the California Region at GateHouse Media since September 2018 and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, Sandi also holds the position of Human Resources Director at San Joaquin Media Group & Southern Oregon Media Group since May 1998. Responsibilities include developing recruitment tools to enhance workforce diversity and implementing performance management programs to optimize employee performance. Previous roles include HR Manager at Rosebud Media LLC and HR Director at Dow Jones Local Media Group and Washington Mutual Bank, where Sandi managed employee relations and talent acquisition efforts.
