Greg Miller

Greg Miller has held various positions throughout their career. Greg most recently served as the Director of Global Executive Recruiting, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Gates Corporation. In this role, they led the global executive recruiting COE and successfully sourced and recruited diverse executive talent across multiple regions and functions. Greg also held the position of Senior Leadership Recruiter at Gates Corporation.

Prior to their time at Gates Corporation, Greg worked as a Legal Recruiter at The Advocates, where they managed a full life-cycle recruiting desk and provided legal recruiting and consulting services to law firms and corporate legal departments. Greg played a key role in executing legal hiring strategies and expanding the brand in multiple markets outside of Colorado.

Earlier in their career, Greg held various roles, including VP of M&A and VP of Business Development at Vanguard M & T, Inc., Managing Partner at Miller Partners, Institutional Fixed Income Sales at Kirkpatrick Pettis, and Associate of Institutional Bond Sales at First Albany Corp.

Greg Miller has a diverse education history. Greg completed post-graduate coursework in Accounting, Finance, and Money & Banking at Columbia University. Greg also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Additionally, they participated in a Study Abroad Program with a concentration in English Literature at the University of Oxford. Finally, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in English from the University of San Diego. In terms of additional certifications, they became a DDI Certified Facilitator through DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2018.
